Here's Alan's chassis finished, ready for the body.  Everything on the chassis is either painted, chromed or polished stainless.  Exhaust has been Jet-Hot coated.  All hex head bolts on the chassis (actually the entire car) have been turned in our lathe for a rounded headtop.  Stainless ones were then polished, steel ones were chromed.  The wheels are from Eric Vaughn, one of the last sets he made.  The rears are special, as they start out as a 10" wheel (because they have a nice, deep look) and are cut down to 8" to fit nicely in the wheel well.  The chromed pedal arms have a nice rounded edge, looking more like an original Ford arm.
