Starting on the exhaust, we'll do the left side first.  We're using 2.5" steel tubing with mandrel bent 90's and donuts, which will get Jet Hot Coated when completed.  At this point, we need to keep it high (so as not to be seen from the side of the car) and also get around the clutch linkage/oil filter.
We tack the piece to check for clearance, then finish weld before moving on to the next section.
It's a little long at this point (we'll put a joint in for easy removal),  but first do the other side to this point so they will be the same.
Both sides done at this point, and cut to length.
We're using the stainless clamps for their sealing ability and ease of disassembly/assembly.
Her's the next section, welded and sanded smooth.  All joints will get finished this way.
The mount has been finished, along with the stainless muffler.  We will now move to the other side.
The idea is to have them look alike (except for the minor differences at the engine) all the way back (looking from the underside of the car).  At this point we check the angle the muffler is sitting at.
Both sides identical.  Exactly 3.0 degrees.
Now up and over the rear.  Left side is done, just have to weld up the right.
The entire exhaust is complete.  We added stainless ends that have a nice flair.
The exhaust after the Jet Hot coating has been added.  This system should last for years, looking just this good.
