After 20+ years of building hot rods for customers, I retired and moved to the Phoenix area.  One of the cars on my bucket list was a Jaguar E-type.  I seen one as a kid and always thought the were so cool.  So I bought a running/driving car but knew it was going to be a complete restoration just with a mild update to the interior.
