Here's a shot of the finished front floor. The section below the drivers feet is actually made up of two panels (an outer and inner floor), with 1/2" of insulation between them. The firewall also is made of two panels, with 1" of insulation between them. This should help with keeping the engine and exhaust heat out of the interior of the car.
